SMS Program Description

N&M Legacy Ventures LLC provides SMS communications regarding the Bay Area Home Secrets real estate program. Messages may include:

• Requested seller consultation follow-up
• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Responses to inquiries
• Real estate information and market updates
• Promotional or marketing offers when the consumer has separately provided marketing consent

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you later opt in again.

• “As low as 1%” refers to the listing-side brokerage fee and is subject to eligibility, service level, property, market conditions, brokerage approval and written agreement.
• Any buyer-side compensation, seller concessions or other transaction costs are separate and negotiable.
• Savings examples shown on this website are illustrative only and are not guarantees of savings, sale price, net proceeds or results.
